Holistic Psychotherapy for Individuals and Couples in the San Francisco Bay Area

“When we get real, honest and raw about what we go through, we have the power to turn our words into medicine and our experiences into wisdom” -Cleo Wade

I bring compassion, authenticity, and curiosity to our sessions. We may work with your present moment experience or we may explore the past to find clarity and greater awareness about the roots of your suffering. Whatever avenue we take, my intention is to work collaboratively and creatively with you.

My work is integrative and weaves together a relational, transpersonal and somatic approach. I draw on my background in mindfulness, Hatha yoga and nutrition, offering a holistic model to support the healing process. I also have experience integrating expanded states of consciousness. Together we will co-create a path forward that supports your unique needs.

Approach

Somatic

There is a deep wisdom in the body and when we gain access to it, profound healing can occur. We may use body-based exercises and mindfulness to help us explore core material that is often missed in traditional talk therapy.

Depth Oriented

Depth therapy takes a non-linear approach to uncovering the underlying issues contributing to one's distress. By exploring the processes that drive our thoughts and behaviors, we work to bring unconscious material into our field of awareness. Change begins with this awareness.

Trauma Informed

My intention is to create a non-judgemental space that acknowledges the many ways trauma effects our lived experience. By navigating sessions slowly and intentionally we work to help you gain a sense of safety and agency.
